By booking a service with Shreekrishna Repair & Services, you agree to allow our technicians to inspect and repair your appliances. We aim to provide high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee that every appliance is repairable depending on its condition and parts availability.
Inspection charges apply if no repair is performed. If you proceed with the repair, the inspection charge is waived. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service via Cash, QR Scan, or Bank Transfer.
You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee.
We provide a 3-month warranty on replaced parts and labor. This warranty covers the specific fault repaired and parts replaced. It does not cover unrelated new issues or physical damage caused by misuse.
Shreekrishna Repair is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from appliance failure. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
